Workshop Floorwork

14.30 - 16.30 at A Magical Butterfly (33, rue de Strasbourg L-2561 Luxembourg)

A 2-hour workshop for beginners and advanced. The emphasis is on performing movements on the floor. A floor-barre at the beginning of the workshop (mobilising, stretching and strengthening exercises on the floor) will allow to raise body awareness and observe the mechanical processes within the body. The aim of the workshop is to find smooth movements and build confidence when going in and out of the floor.
